Coaching
As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), I will coach you to identify personal development, explore critical life or career decisions, discover areas where you are getting stuck, and define goals to achieve that help you transform. I walk you through a logical decision-making process and then have you check your decisions through the lens of the emotional part of your brain.

About Kristin Roepke
My Story
Kristin has been partnering with C-Suite leaders for over 30 years to solve their most pressing problems and achieve their strategic business and people objectives.
Her areas of expertise range from organizational effectiveness, leadership development, coaching, operating model design, people strategy and culture transformation. She is adept at coaching leaders to identify personal growth goals and team effectiveness solutions to engage their people and align their teams to achieve goals.
She has a Master's Degree in Organization Effectiveness and Change Management. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation, and has experience across multiple industries.
More recently, she has been on a personal wellness journey that has inspired her to become a certified health and wellness coach. Kristin takes great pride in the progress and success of all her clients and looks forward to working with you.
